CCC Personnel

Scott L. Shires, CEO, is one of the founders of Campaign Compliance Center (CCC). He has over 21 years of experience in politics in Colorado. Scott was a candidate for HD 41 in 2000, he has served on several state wide races, helped Jim Nicholson successfully run for Chairman of the Republican National Committee and worked with numerous other candidates for county offices. During Congressman Bob Beauprez tenure as State Party Chairman, Scott served as the Chairman of his Finance Audit Committee. His career demonstrates outstanding management ability, especially in the area of operations, strategic planning, information and financial systems.

Scott brings his leadership, teambuilding, and strategic skills to enhance the planning and implementation of strategies for the clients of CCC.

The team at the Campaign Compliance Center brings a wide range of expertise to candidate, issue, small donor and other groups that are our client base. Members of our team have served as chairman of the College Republicans, officers of county parties and in many other positions of responsibility in numerous campaigns.

Our system development team has over 40 years of experience providing solutions to business needs. They have also been actively involved in party politics at the local area. The initial development was started as a means to assist the local candidate and party organizations to be more effective. From this unique perspective, combined with technologies in relational databases, Web-based applications, Access VBA, and other programming areas of expertise, our development team is able to anticipate the needs of our clients and produce software that is truly effective.
